Just like our in-person clients, once you've decided that you are ready for change, we ask you to complete an application form then we hop on a call to discuss your goals, exercise history and barriers.  

With this information, we will create your Online coaching programme that will deliver you the results you want.

What is Online Coaching?

With our Online Coaching programme, you get the same expert coaching from us, no matter where you are in the world.  

By the power of the internet, you get a first-class service with incredible results with our VIP Online Coaching Programme. 

Using online check-ins and communication tools, we can help you achieve your goals - wherever you are in the world. 

 

Once we have received the information about your lifestyle, goals, exercise and health history, and if you require home, gym workouts or a mixture of both, we will get to work designing a bespoke personal training workout and nutrition programme to follow independently. 

 

We will then check in with you remotely via our MBPT App and a weekly Zoom call to make sure you are on the right track.


Is Online Coaching as good as working with a trainer at the gym?


Working with an online coach has huge benefits and is definitely, if not better than working with a trainer at the gym.  You can workout whenever it suits you and still have access to your coach via the app's messaging service.  

As you would be coached remotely, we won't physically be next to you working out, so you will need to be self-motivated to complete the workouts and update your results and check-ins.

We will work with you closely with your programme and will adjust if and when necessary.  

How do I start?

How many workouts would I need to start seeing results?

This depends on you and your current lifestyle.  

Some people only have 30 minutes, twice per week and others can workout up to five times per week.

During our online consultation, we will discuss your availability to workout and tailor the programme to reflect that. 


 

Am I tied into a contract with Online Coaching?

No, you can cancel anytime, but we do recommend that you commit to at least three months to notice results.

Many of our online clients do stay with us for a longer period of time and as your goals change, we can help you further.  

 

Do I have to be a member of a gym to have access to Online Coaching?

No, you can have home workouts with little-to-no equipment.  We work with you to create the perfect programme for you and what you have available. 

Is Online Coaching worth it? 

We think so! Since the pandemic, our demand for online coaching has increased dramatically and our clients are super happy with the service and their results.  

We work with you to set clear goals and create an action plan to help you achieve those goals.  

Will I get nutrition guidance?

Yes.  You will get a personalised, flexible nutrition guide, which will take into consideration your lifestyle and schedule.  All of this will be delivered through the app. 

How will I know what to do with the workouts?

Each exercise has a video demonstration with written instructions.  You will receive an introductory video explaining how to use the app. 

What if I have injuries?

We take every person through a full consultation, which includes full exercise and injury history.  With this information, we create a training programme that is tailored to you and any limitations you may have.
